Drivers install Master Transport from the browser on Android or iPhone. Nothing to download from a store, nothing to update by hand.
The app keeps its shell on the phone, so when the tower drops your driver gets a proper offline screen instead of a browser error, and the trip carries on when the signal returns.

Prices ex VAT. Pay monthly, or pay for the year and get 12 months for the price of 10. Cancel anytime and download your data whenever you like. Once your access ends, your records are kept for 3 months and then deleted.

Stop 06 · Questions
No. Any Android phone or iPhone with a browser works. The driver opens Master Transport once, taps Install (or Add to Home Screen on an iPhone), and from then on it opens from the home screen like any app. There is nothing to download from a store and nothing to update by hand.
No. A position is recorded only while a trip is live (from check-in to completion), only if you have switched tracking on for your company, and only if the driver has granted the phone's location permission. The driver's screen says on it whether positions are being recorded. Outside a live trip nobody is tracked, and the breadcrumbs are deleted after the location history period you choose (30, 90 or 180 days; 90 by default).
Their own trips and nothing else: the journey timeline, each of their passengers boarded and off-boarded, the live position and an honest arrival time, their quotes, invoices and statements, and a chat with your office. Whether they see the driver's phone number, photo or rating, and the vehicle's photo, is your choice under Settings. They never see your other clients, your costs or your internal notes.
There are three honest sources and the screen always says which one it is showing. If the driver has said "running 10 minutes late" you see that. Otherwise, while the trip is live and the last position and the destination both have coordinates, an estimate is made from the distance at an average shuttle speed. Otherwise you see the planned time. Estimates are labelled "estimated" everywhere; recorded events are labelled "recorded". The two are never mixed up.
Yes. A schedule holds the route, the times, the passenger list, the driver and the vehicle, and how many days ahead to generate. Master Transport creates the trips for the weeks ahead on its own, puts them on the calendar, and the driver simply works them each day. Pause a schedule for the holidays and it stops; end it and it is gone.
LITE is R 550,00 a month and Premier is R 780,00 a month, both ex VAT, or pay for the year and get 12 months for the price of 10. Premier adds your own logo, name and colours, plus your own domain with the registration included. Elite is priced for your operation. There is no contract: you pay monthly or yearly through PayFast and you can cancel from Settings, Billing whenever you like, keeping access to the end of the period you paid for. You can download your data whenever you like. When your access ends (at the end of the period you paid for, or if the account stays unpaid), your records are kept for 3 months, with email reminders before the date, and then deleted.
You can quote a client, send it, and have them approve it online with a typed name and a drawn signature that is kept as a record. From the quote or from completed trips you issue an invoice, the client sees it in the portal (the first view is recorded), your office records the payment, and the statement shows opening balance, invoices, payments, credits and closing balance. Client payments are recorded by your office in this version; the client does not pay by card inside the portal.
Every company is isolated from every other in the database, each login sees only what its role allows, ID numbers are encrypted at rest, uploaded files are served only after a permission check, and every significant action is written to an audit log you can read. Weram staff cannot browse your records: the only route in is a one-hour support session that you see as a banner and that is written to your audit trail. The privacy notice discloses everything the system records, including location and chat oversight.
